A Taiwanese pastry, brought with care

We’ve brought this Taiwanese pastry chef’s creation all the way to Canada.

Our Flaky Sweet Biscuit, also known as Sweet Shao Bing (甜燒餅), is a classic Taiwanese treat with a delicate, French-style layered texture.
It’s made with premium Japanese sugar and finished with a touch of French fleur de sel.

The result is a gentle balance of sweet and savory — crisp on the outside, warm and aromatic inside, with a lingering fragrance that pairs beautifully with tea.

First crafted in 2014, this beloved pastry has been enjoyed for years in Taiwan. We’re happy to finally share it here, as a natural companion to your favorite MIO TEA.
