Is Mio Tea Canadian?
We are originally from Taiwan, and we are now brewing in Canada.
While our roots are in Taiwan’s rich tea culture, we explore fine teas from around the world.
MIO TEA is a brand dedicated to crafting high-quality tea for every moment.

At MIO Tea, we believe tea is more than a drink — it’s a lifestyle.

Product Quality
Do your teas contain artificial flavours or sugar?
No. All of our blends are completely natural and free from sugar and artificial ingredients.
Are your teas vegan?
Absolutely — all our teas are 100% vegan.
Are your teas nut-free?
Yes! Our teas are blended and packaged in nut-free facilities.
Are your teas gluten-free?
They are not certified gluten-free, but they are blended and packaged in gluten-free facilities.
Are your teas pesticide-free?
Our farmers use only natural pest deterrents and do not use harmful chemicals on their crops.
Does tea expire?
Tea does not technically expire, but after 18–24 months, natural ingredients and flavours may lose freshness.
To keep your tea at its best, store it away from strong aromas, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures.
Ordering & Shipping
Where can I buy your tea?
You can shop directly on our website.
Our teas are also available at select establishments across Canada.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We offer curbside pickup in North York (M2N 5M4), Ontario.
Select “PICK UP” at checkout and we’ll bring your order to your car.
When can I expect my package?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada (Standard): 6–12 business days
- United States (Standard): 7–12 business days
- Expedited: within 5 business days
If you haven’t received your package within 20 days, please contact us.

Volume discounts start at orders of 10 tea boxes.
