A honeyed oolong from the high mountains of Ali Shan with a naturally sweet lychee-like aroma — smooth, full-bodied, and never bitter.

Origin: Ali Shan tea-growing region, Taiwan
Varietal: Taiwan Tea No. 12 (Jin Xuan)

No lychee fruit, flavoring, or additives — the lychee-like aroma comes entirely from the tea leaf itself. Before harvest, tiny leafhoppers nibble the leaves, prompting the plant to release aromatic compounds that give the tea its honeyed character (the same prized process behind Taiwan's famous "Oriental Beauty" teas). A high degree of oxidation then deepens that sweetness into a fragrance reminiscent of ripe lychee and dried fruit — which is how this tea earned its name.

How to Brew
Versatile and forgiving — delicious hot or cold-brewed.

• Hot: 90–95°C (194–203°F), steep 3–5 minutes
• Cold brew: steep in cold water for 8-12 hours in the fridge
