Fresh pomelo blossoms are harvested at their most fragrant moment, with only the delicate petals selected. The petals are gently paired with Qingxin Oolong leaves, allowing the tea to naturally absorb their floral aroma during a slow 12-hour resting period.

The fragrance settles gradually into the leaves, creating a soft, layered aroma rather than an overpowering floral note. A gentle low-temperature roast follows, helping to preserve the tea’s natural character while locking in its delicate scent.
